I started Windy City Rock because I'd been coming across a bunch of amazing bands right here in Chicago that I'd find little or nothing about online. This city definitely offers some of the best music around, but doesn't always get the kind of buzz that other cities' scenes do. That's not cool. Hopefully we can help change it.I've already discovered plenty of new favorite bands through WCR and am sure there will be many more to come. I like to take in a ridiculous amount of new music at all times, so send over your tunes and suggestions and I'll do my best to spread the word about the best ones.
