Conor O’Hagan hates talking about himself. But he really loves music.With experience as a drummer in Irish groups and more recent meanderings in a solo, songwriting role, Conor has tried to expand his experience and interest in music to be all-encompassing. Recognizing this as an impossibility but continuing regardless, he has built up a taste in wide and varying acts such as Radiohead, Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Maps & Atlases, Miles Davis and Tchaikovsky.
Still eager to learn, and newly settled in the wonderful city of Chicago, he sees keeping a keen eye on the Windy City’s up-and-coming acts as a perfect way to develop his interest in and knowledge of the best music around.
