So I decided to do something a little different with my Pitchfork review this year. In fact, it’s not really a "review." That word seems so overwrought for a (generally) unpretentious blog. And let’s be honest: who’s gonna read a couple thousand words for an event they weren’t there for? And if you were there, why bother reading about it? And not being granted VIP access or having any real media credentials in the eyes of p4k, what use is it for me to pretend that I have that access or those great photos or that great insight? Why not try to present this review/account as I actually was: just another member of the audience expressing my opinions in the best I know how: social media. If I was able to have Internet access for the whole Fest that is. Thus, here’s my account of the Pitchfork Music Festival With The Social Media I Would Have Posted If I Had Internet Access:
